Dr. Adam Afsahi is a Virginia native! He grew up in Vienna, VA and obtained his undergraduate education at the prestigious University of Virginia. In 2002, he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the VCU School of Dentistry in Richmond, VA. Following his graduation from dental school, he gained and shared experience working alongside distinguished colleagues. Years later, he opened his own practice in the heart of Virginia – Fredericksburg, with the goal of improving access to care and providing his patients with the most comprehensive care. His practice has remained there since 2003. Dr. Afsahi loves the community of Fredericksburg, and will serve his patients there for many years to come.
To maintain cutting-edge knowledge and skills, Dr. Afsahi stays current with the latest cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry advancements by obtaining hundreds of continuing education courses. Dr. Afsahi shares this sentiment from a well-known dental educator, “The goal of my practice is simply to help my patients retain their teeth all of their lives if possible in maximum comfort, function, health and aesthetics, and to accomplish this appropriately.”
Dr. Afsahi provides dental care for both children and adults, with particular interests in:

Ida Kondori, D.D.S., M.H.S.A.
Dr. Ida Kondori
Dr. Ida Kondori is a Virginia native and proud mother to her two precious children. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from George Mason University, Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the VCU School of Dentistry, and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Xavier University. “Dr. Ida,” as she is known by her patients, is dedicated to enriching herself with advancements in dentistry through continuing education courses and the best available evidence from high-level sources.
Dr. Kondori is passionate about giving back to her community. She has volunteered at numerous Mission of Mercy (MOM) projects, providing essential dental care to underserved populations. Building trust and fostering positive communication with each patient is central to her practice philosophy, ensuring personalized and high-quality health outcomes. As an active member of the Northern Virginia Dental Society (NVDS) and the Virginia Dental Association (VDA), she remains deeply engaged in the professional community.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kondori has contributed to the field through her publication in Quintessence International and serves as a volunteer CPR/AED Professional Rescuer course instructor. Her compassion and unwavering commitment to her patients’ oral health are evident in all aspects of her work. Dr. Kondori is honored to serve the community where she has lived her entire life, continuing to make a positive impact through her dedication and expertise.
